Soup & Salads

Soup - 32 oz mason jar $18.50

I use 2% milk and Parmesan cheese in all of my creamy soups, to give them body, making them much lighter than classic cream soups. 

I never use flour in my soup recipes, making them naturally gluten free.   However, if you prefer a vegan soup, substitutions can always be made. 

The Soups

  • Creamy Crimini Mushroom

  • Sweet Potato Bisque

  • Butternut Bisque with Apple and Coconut Milk

  • Carrot & Fresh Ginger

  • Classic meat & bean chili (choice of beef or sausage) with chunks of tomato, bell and red pepper, jalapenos, black, pinto, and cannellini beans.

  • Turkey & White Bean Chili with lots of fresh cilantro, lime & green chili

  • 3 Green Soup - Broccoli, kale & spinach pureed into a creamy soup and then finished with sharp cheddar

  • Classic Broccoli Cheddar

  • Thai shredded chicken with coconut, lime, onions & peppers - a little spicy!

  • Garden Vegetable (with or without chicken)  - carrot, celery, tomato, zucchini, onion, & diced sweet potato

  • Spicy Roasted Cauliflower and Jalapeno


Salads

These salads are geared to be ordered and eaten all week.  They're a perfect healthy, go to snack or an excellent lunch take-a-long.. 

  • Tuscan Kale - with Brussel sprouts, pecorinio cheese & garlic tossed in a light Dijon sauce

  • Cape Cod Slaw - Green & red cabbage, onion, apple, dried cranberry & slivered almonds in a white wine vinegar based sauce

  • Carrot & Beet salad - Shredded carrot, raisins, beets and apple with lemon and olive oil

  • Asian Slaw - Red & green cabbage, granny smith apple, onion, & cilantro tossed in my homemade sesame sauce

  • Thai sesame noodles - Udon noodles (or) Rice noodles - tossed in sesame noodle sauce & served with chopped scallion

  • Thai peanut noodles - Udon noodles (or) Rice noodles - tossed in homemade zesty peanut sauce & served with chopped scallion

  • Broccoli salad -  Broccoli, raisins, onion, walnuts & bacon, tossed in a light mayonnaise sauce
